2. Accounts

VPN Bot does not require you to create an account to use our service. Instead of personal accounts, we generate a secure hash key for each device that serves as a device identifier. This approach enhances your privacy by minimizing the personal information we collect.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Device Information

We collect limited device information necessary for providing and improving our service, including:

• Device model
• Screen size and resolution
• iOS version
• Device language settings
• Network type (WiFi/Cellular)
• Secure device hash identifier (non-personal identifier created for your device)

3.2 VPN Connection Data

To provide our VPN service, we collect:

• Connection timestamps (when you connect to or disconnect from our VPN)
• Server location selected
• Amount of data transferred (for bandwidth management)
• Connection status and error information (for troubleshooting)

Important: We do NOT log or monitor your browsing activity, the content of your communications, websites you visit, or any data that could be used to identify what you do online.

3.3 App Performance Data

To improve our service quality, we collect:

• App crash reports
• Performance metrics
• Feature usage statistics (which features are used most often)

8.1 In-App Data Deletion

VPN Bot provides a simple way to delete your data directly within the app:

1. Open the VPN Bot app
2. Tap on "Support"
3. Select "Delete Data"

9. Advertising and App Tracking

VPN Bot includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To deliver relevant ads, AdMob may collect and process certain information about you and your device.

9.1 AdMob Data Collection

Google AdMob may collect and process the following information:

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS)
• IP address (which is masked when you connect to our VPN)
• Device information such as device type and model, operating system, and mobile network
• General location information (at the city level)
• Information about your interactions with advertisements

AdMob uses this information to serve personalized ads, limit the number of times you see an ad, measure the effectiveness of ads, and provide other advertising-related services.

9.2 App Tracking Transparency

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, VPN Bot will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change your tracking preferences at any time through your device's settings:

1. Open your device's Settings
2. Scroll down and tap on "Privacy"
3. Tap on "Tracking"
4. Find VPN Bot in the list and toggle the tracking permission on or off

If you opt out of tracking, we will instruct AdMob not to use your information for personalized advertising. You may still see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.

10. Analytics and Other Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends. These tools collect information sent by your device and help us improve our service. The analytics providers may collect, use, and share your information according to their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
