By accessing or using VPN Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VPN Bot is a virtual private network (VPN) service designed for iOS devices that provides users with enhanced online privacy and security by encrypting internet connections and masking IP addresses.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use VPN Bot. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission to use our service.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use VPN Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, hacking, distribution of malware, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Distribute, transmit, or store material that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of VPN Bot, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any credentials associated with the use of our service
• All activities that occur on your device while using VPN Bot
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free and Premium Services

VPN Bot offers both free and premium (paid) services.

• Free users can connect up to 10 minutes.
• Free users can connect to Optimal servers, but cannot choose specific locations
• Premium users connect to high speed servers
• Premium users can choose the server closest to their desired location
• Premium users enjoy Ads free app

5.2 Subscription Terms

For premium services:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly, yearly, etc.)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of VPN Bot at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

8. No Warranties

VPN Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Bot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you.

11. Third-Party Services

VPN Bot may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of VPN Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
